As the founding member of The Global Leaders, George has been instrumental in advancing governance practices and shaping leadership excellence globally. He has served on the boards of over 20 companies, earning a reputation for fostering innovation, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. As CFO for six organizations, including senior roles at General Electric, Dun & Bradstreet, and Novartis Pharma AG, he aligned financial strategies with organizational goals to deliver sustainable success. 

George co-founded M.M. Dillon & Co., an investment bank specializing in healthcare and technology, where he guided companies through transformative growth. His leadership philosophy—centered on clarity, collaboration, and adaptability—has consistently delivered stakeholder value while positioning businesses for success. 

Committed to philanthropy, George focuses on children and healthcare. As Chair of the International Vaccine Institute (IVI), he supports global efforts to improve vaccine access. He has also held leadership roles at the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children, advocating for vulnerable populations.
