Fran has 20 years of experience as a corporate board member. Her board service runs from start ups to large companies and covers both private and public boards. She also has extensive experience with family owned and founder led businesses. Fran currently sits on two public boards: Vera Bradley and Coats. Traded on the FTSE 250, Coats is the world’s largest and oldest industrial thread company. She also sits on two private boards, Totes-Isotoner and Sea Bags, of which she is a co-owner. Fran spent her career in specialty retailing, most recently as Chief Merchandising Officer for ten years at L.L. Bean.
