Her operating background is primarily at Technology Companies. Her Board experience spans: Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Products, Pharma, Life Science and Technology Companies. Ellen is both a Board Leadership Fellow and a NACD Certified Director. In 2020 she was named to the Directorship 100 by NACD. In 2023, she was awarded the CFO Lifetime Achievement award by the Boston Business Journal.
