Edward Norton has starred in more than 50 films, produced 13, written 5, and directed 2. He has been nominated for three Academy Awards (for Primal Fear, American History X, and Birdman), three Screen Actors Guild Awards, two BAFTAs, two Golden Globes, and has won the Golden Globe, an Emmy, and an Obie.

He most recently appeared in Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, which Netflix estimated was viewed by more than 400 million people in its first month of release and ranks among the top three most viewed films on the platform. Norton has a substantial parallel career as a serial entrepreneur, investor, and activist in both environmental sustainability and technology ventures. He is the founder of the companies EDO, where he chairs the board; Zeck; Stax Engineering; and CrowdRise.

In 2017, CrowdRise merged with GoFundMe to create the largest online charity platform in the world.
