Edouard Metrailler is a managing director in J.P. Morgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group responsible for the marketing and execution of consumer and retail mergers and acquisitions assignments in North America. Prior to rejoining J.P. Morgan in 2016, Metrailler was a managing director in the Mergers & Acquisition team at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 12 years. Metrailler first joined J.P. Morgan in 1997. He has advised corporations, private equity firms, and founders on a broad variety of assignments including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, activism defense, and hostile transactions.
