Ms. Szatkowski-Zych is an Audit Partner in Deloitte's financial services practice in New York. She has over 30 years of experience serving complex global clients in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on insurance, banking and investment management. She has an extensive background in SEC and insurance statutory reporting and significant experience in overseeing international audit services. Donna has supported numerous capital markets transactions, including securitizations, debt placements, acquisition due diligence, and IPOs. She also supports a number of teams as part of Deloitte's quality control system and in an advisory capacity, providing industry insights and connecting clients with other firm specialists on topics of interest. 

In addition to her Audit responsibilities, Donna also serves as Deloitte’s US Insurance Sector Sustainability & Climate Leader, overseeing multi-disciplinary sustainability services and leading delivery in areas including GHG inventorying, regulatory scoping and climate risk assessments. She is the US firm's representative on Deloitte's Global Zero-Grading Insurance Working Group, an advisor to Deloitte's National Practitioner Sustainability Initiative and leads the Tri-State Hub and New York Inclusion Councils. 

Donna received her BS in business administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where she was also born and raised, and started her career with Deloitte before transferring to New York in 2005. She is a US certified public accountant and also holds certifications in international financial reporting standards as well as the Sustainability Accelerator Executive Education Program, MIT Sloan School of Management.
