Dick Poladian

Director, Lowe Enterprises, Inc., Public Storage, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Western Asset Management Funds

Dick Poladian is a shareholder, director and advisor for Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a diversified national real estate and hospitality investment, development and management firm. From 2002 – 2016, Dick was the Chief Operating Officer, shareholder and director for Lowe Enterprises, Inc. From 1974 – 2002, Dick was a Partner for Arthur Andersen LLP, and the Managing Partner of the Pacific Southwest Region. Dick currently serves on the Board of Directors for California Resources Corporation, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Public Storage, Western Asset Management Funds and Lowe Enterprises. He previously served on the boards of California Pizza Kitchen and Psomas, an ESOP-owned A&E firm. Dick was appointed to the California State Board of Accountancy in 1990 by then Governor George Deukmejian and reappointed by Governor Peter Wilson in 1994. He served a total of nine years on this regulatory body responsible for exam, licensure, continuing education and discipline of Certified Public Accountants in the State of California. Dick also served in the not-for-profit sector on several boards including the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles (Chair 1998-2001), Loyola Marymount University Board of Trustees (Vice Chair), the L.A. Area Chamber of Commerce (Chair 2000-2001) and the USC Price School of Policy, UCLA Health System. Dick’s professional organization memberships include National Association of Corporate Directors, Western Audit Committee Network (Tapestry Network), and American Institute of CPA’s and California Society of CPA’s. Dick received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
