Dianne McKeever

Ms. McKeever is the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Ides Capital, a New York-based investment advisor that constructively engages with management teams and corporate boards to improve environmental, social and corporate governance policies and practices and to implement operational, capital and strategic improvements that drive long-term, sustainable value for the benefit of stakeholders. Prior to founding Ides Capital, she was a Partner at Park Row Capital. Ms. McKeever began her career at Barington Capital Group, where she was a Partner and which she joined in 2001. Ms. McKeever has served as a public company director of LQ Corporation, Inc. and Sielox Inc., where she chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee. Ms. McKeever serves as a Board Member of the Thirty Percent Coalition and recently completed a full term as a member of the Council of Institutional Investors’ Corporate Governance Advisory Council. Ms. McKeever has been named to Fortune’s 40 Under 40 list, Crain’s New York Business’ 40 Under 40 list, and Marie Claire’s New Guard. She is an American Swiss Foundation Young Leader (2018) and received the 2018 Stevens Distinguished Alumni Award in Business and Finance. Ms. McKeever received a JD cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and received a BE in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry from New York University. Ms. McKeever is a Young Patron of the Metropolitan Opera and the New York Philharmonic and supports the Jazz Gallery and Paul Taylor Dance Company. Ms. McKeever currently serves as a founding member of the Board of Pyroclastic Arts, the non-profit organization supporting Kris Davis’ Pyroclastic Records, and has served as a member of City Year New York’s Women’s Board as well as Fordham Law’s 100 Years of Women Executive Committee.
