Diane Honda serves as the chief administrative officer, general counsel, and secretary of Barracuda Networks. Honda oversees Barracuda’s global legal, compliance, risk management, and human-resource functions. Since taking Barracuda public in 2012, she has overseen approximately $300 million in acquisitions and executed sales of the company to two leading private-equity firms. She has been responsible for the strategy and operations of the company’s information-security and data-privacy programs. Honda currently serves on the board of directors of The Hillman Group (Nasdaq: HLMN) and Lucidworks , with a focus on cybersecurity, human capital, and governance matters.
