Throughout her distinguished career at General Electric, Ms. Frodl has been at the helm of driving differentiated commercial strategies and developing creative business models that increase overall performance, deliver profitable growth, and build sustainable corporate value. She is adept at galvanizing teams to reimagine businesses, unlock opportunities, and create inclusive cultures to ensure the future. Ms. Frodl’s experience encompasses board governance in public and private, small and mid-cap companies and corporate P&L leadership at GE, a Fortune 40 global industrial technology company. An experienced governance leader, Ms. Frodl serves on the Board of Directors for ITC Holdings Corporation and serves on the Governance and Human Resource Committee. Ms. Frodl also served on the Board of Directors for Renewable Energy Group, Inc. Spring Valley Acquisition Corporation and Spruce Power Holdings Corporation where she was Chair of the Board. A respected governance advocate, Ms. Frodl has a track record of enhancing board structure, composition and process to improve board and committee effectiveness. She has spearheaded the planning and transition for CEO and board succession, and designed a board evaluation and subsequent action plan aimed at advancing board and company collaboration and culture.
