Deb Lindway

Executive Vice President, PNC Bank

Deb Lindway is an Executive Vice President at PNC Bank, leading the Enterprise Technology & Security (ET&S) Business Delivery Enablement, which includes PNC’s Enterprise Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), Physical & Corporate Security, ET&S Relationship Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). In this role, she is accountable for building partnerships across all lines of business and providing the business voice to technology and advocating on behalf of ET&S. She also sits on the Board for Kore.ai, PNC’s conversational artificial intelligence platform. Deb augmented her current role, serving as the interim Chief Technology Officer for the first half of 2023 until the spot could be filled, and, notably, led the BBVA M&A integration for Security & Fraud. Her other PNC leadership roles have included: Fraud Governance, Strategy & Analytics, and Home Lending Transformation. Before joining PNC in 2017, Deb spent four years at KeyBank, building an Enterprise Center of Process Excellence and M&A support. She previously served nine years at Bank of America as Chief Operating Officer for Consumer Channels Technology, as well as other leadership roles across Treasury, Infrastructure Technology, and Consumer Operations. An engineer at heart, Deb started her career with General Electric (GE) in the materials business with leadership roles across Technology, Operations, and Product Management, earning a GE Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron.
