He has a range of experience with structures and types from asset deals, stock deals, divestitures, carve-outs, purchase agreement negotiation, varying capital structures (family owned, private equity, and publicly traded), capital raises, credit agreement negotiation, joint venture, cross-border deal, earnouts, reps and warranty insurance, net working capital negotiation, and integration.
