Cydni Tetro is a 3X CEO, EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and nationally recognized technology leader known for driving AI-powered transformation, scaling customer experience, and closing high-impact deals. As CIO of Swire Coca-Cola, one of the world’s largest bottlers, she leads enterprise AI, data, and digital strategy—modernizing systems and unlocking new customer and operational value.
Previously, as CEO of tech-enabled CPG company Brandless, she drove 400% growth and added over $100M in revenue in just 18 months through strategic acquisitions and customer-centric innovation. She has a track record of building fast-growing, profitable companies—leading ForgeDX and 3DplusMe to acquisition through billion-dollar revenue impact and partnerships with global brands like Target, Walmart, and Marvel.
Earlier, at Disney Imagineering, Cydni led emerging technology commercialization in AI, 3D, and robotics, creating immersive customer experiences and go-to-market strategies. She’s held COO and CMO roles in high-growth tech companies, influencing the customer journey and scaling digital engagement to hundreds of millions of users.
A passionate advocate for inclusive innovation, she founded the Women Tech Council and co-created SheTech, which has inspired over 40,000 girls to pursue STEM and AI careers. She has also taught innovation and entrepreneurship at Babson University and BYU.
Cydni holds a computer science degree and an MBA, has two patents, and has received numerous honors including AI 100, CEO of the Year, and Innovator of the Year. She brings deep insight into how AI, customer experience, and business strategy converge to accelerate growth.
Cydni sits on a number of boards including Select Health, Intermountain Region Board, Nivati, Playerper, Action Face, Utah Board of Higher Education, Women Tech Council, Utah Innovation Fund. She has also served on a number of other boards, including the Utah Valley Board of Trustees, Brandless, ForgeDX, 3DplusMe and Avao over the years.
