Christine Gorjanc is an experienced board member, chief financial officer, and advisor with extensive operational experience working in multinational technology, health care, and transportation public companies. She is an accomplished global business leader with a proven track record of transformational growth including leading an initial public offering and spinoff, scaling operations, and reshaping business models. Gorjanc has served on the audit committee for multiple boards and honed a comprehensive understanding of financial intricacies, governance, and risk mitigation strategies.

She is an independent board director currently serving on the boards of Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR), where she serves as lead director and on the audit committee. She also serves on the board of Forward Air (Nasdaq:FWRD) as the audit committee chair and Polestar (Nasdaq:PSNY) as the audit committee chair. Gorjanc was the CFO of both Netgear (Nasdaq:NTGR) and Arlo Technologies (NYSE:ARLO) for 14 years. Her experience enables her to make contributions in all areas of finance, corporate strategy, and operations as well as being actively involved in mergers and acquisitions and subsequent integrations throughout her career.
