Chris Morgan is an audit and assurance partner with over 20 years of experience and is a member of Grant Thornton’s partnership board. He is responsible for providing guidance and thought leadership to the firm’s clients and engagement teams.

Morgan is experienced with providing audit services for both public and private clients with particular expertise serving public telecommunication and technology companies. He has extensive US Securities and Exchange Commission experience including initial public offerings, secondary offering, special purpose acquisition companies, and private placement of debt and equity securities.
