Brant has 20 years of executive compensation consulting experience. He has led engagements with Fortune 500 firms and addressed rewards needs for pre-IPO firms, start-ups, and PE portfolio firms.
His experience covers a range of industries (e.g., airlines, biotech, consumer goods, energy, high tech, manufacturing, real estate, retail), enabling a broad view of market practices and the ability to create highly effective rewards solutions. Brant has supported many companies on topics that complement core executive compensation strategies, including:
- Maximizing talent and company value outcomes in M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-outs)
- Defining executive and overall rewards strategies for many IPOs
- Aligning overall organization rewards strategies through job architectures and incentive program designs
Prior to Semler Brossy, Brant worked at Mercer. He is a graduate of Stanford University and received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Brant has coached over 50 youth sports teams, refereed countless soccer matches, and is an avid beach volleyball player, wakeboarder, and SCUBA diver.
