Angela Curry

Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, Bentley Systems

Angela Curry is the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY), where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s regulatory compliance and corporate responsibility programs, including privacy and data security, export and trade controls, ethics and integrity, ESG, corporate giving and impact, and belonging and inclusion.  Angela previously served as Compliance Counsel for Burlington Stores. Her career began with a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, followed by a position as a litigation associate at Ballard Spahr LLP.
 
Recognized for her commitment to diversity and inclusion, Angela was awarded In-house Lawyer of the Year at the Chambers and Partners Diversity and Inclusion Awards: North America 2022, and she has been honored as a 2022 Woman of Distinction and a 2023 Diversity in Business Awardee by the Philadelphia Business Journal.  In addition to her professional accomplishments, Angela has a long history of board service and is currently serving on the boards of the Committee of Seventy, the Philadelphia Athletics Youth Sports Association, and Greater Philadelphia’s American Heart Association.  For the past three years, she has served as the chair of the American Heart Association’s STEM Goes Red program to expose female high school students in the School District of Philadelphia to STEM careers. 
 
Angela is a member of the Forum of Executive Women. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. Angela resides in West Philadelphia with her husband and three sons.  She spends most nights and weekends cheering them on at their various sports events across the tri-state area.
