Ana G. Pinczuk

Board Director – Aptiv, SentinelOne

Ana Pinczuk is the former chief operating officer at Dexterity, an artificial intelligence robotics platform company for logistics automation. Prior to this role, Pinczuk was the chief development officer at Anaplan, a software-as-a-service planning software company where she was responsible for product management, engineering and design, infrastructure, customer care, security, and information technology. She was president and general manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Pointnext, a $8 billion services business where she led a team of 29,000 IT experts and launched HPE’s GreenLake Solutions as-a-service business.

Previously, Pinczuk was the chief product officer at Veritas, leading a $2.5 billion business and successfully positioning the company for acquisition by The Carlyle Group. She spent 15 years at Cisco where she held various roles including senior vice president of global services sales, services COO, SVP of global services support, and vice president of engineering for the high-end routing platform and IOS software. Pinczuk started her career at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a systems engineer and held numerous roles, including as the vice president responsible for deploying AT&T’s internet backbones.

Pinczuk is on the board of directors of Aptiv and SentinelOne and on the board of trustees for Cornell University. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum, Latino Donor Collaborative, and Carnegie Mellon Engineering Advisory Board. She is the recipient of numerous awards including Latino Leaders Top 100 Most Influential Latinas in 2021 and 2020, ALPFA Top 50 Latinas in 2019, Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Latinas in Business in 2018 and 2017, Watermark Make Your Mark Development Award in 2018, and the 2016 Women of Influence Award.

Pinczuk is currently pursuing a master of science in cybersecurity risk and strategy at NYU. She holds a bachelor of science and master of engineering in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, a master of technology management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a master of science in software management from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is married with two sons.
