About The Event
The Private Company Governance Learning Series webinars are designed specifically for directors who wish to enhance the effectiveness of private company boards. Each event will focus on a specific issue, trend, or company type (e.g., family-owned, IPO, pre-IPO, private-equity owned, or employee-owned) unique to privately held companies.
For this third webinar in the PCLGS series, NACD is pleased to partner with the NACD Carolinas and NACD Research Triangle chapters to bring you a robust discussion that specifically focuses on growth strategies for private companies. We know that the pursuit of growth is fundamental for long-term success. Join us as a panel of experts serving on boards as well as on the executive side share their insights about staying competitive in today's marketplace and best practices for growing your business through expansion and diversification.
