Jim Dunigan

Director

James Dunigan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He retired from PNC Bank where he was executive vice president; managing executive, Investments; and chief investment officer for the Asset Management Group. Most recently, he served as the interim chief investment officer for the Pennsylvania State Treasury until October 2017. He serves on the Board of Directors of Provident Financial Services (NYSE: PFS) and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Dunigan is currently president of the Union League of Philadelphia. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Strategas Research Partners LLC and is also a member of the board of directors and past chairman of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia. He previously served as trustee of the Malvern Preparatory School and was a member of the board for Chester County Community. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and has pursued postgraduate work in Finance at Drexel University.
