Robert D. Kane Jr. is the Eastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey Market president of KeyBank and brings more than 35 years of corporate banking experience to KeyBank. Prior to joining KeyBank in 2010, he served as senior vice president of PNC Bank's suburban Philadelphia, Delaware, and Central Pennsylvania corporate banking groups. During his career at PNC Bank, he held numerous sales and credit management roles, mainly focused on the middle market segment.

A graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University in Maryland, Kane earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and attended Temple University for graduate work, with a concentration in Finance. He also graduated from an advanced management program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Kane is involved with many organizations in the community, currently serving as a board/committee member for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Association for Corporate Growth, Charles Ellis Trust for Girls, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, St. Davids Golf Club, and The Union League of Philadelphia. Previously, he served on the boards of directors for Philabundance, the World Affairs Council, BLOCS (Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools), the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, the PA Bankers Association, among others.

Kane and his wife reside in Villanova and have four adult children.
