Beth Albright is a dynamic Fortune 500 C-suite executive and independent board director experienced in multibillion-dollar global transformations including spinning a company public, leading the global HR integration when two large multinationals merged, rebuilding a company when private equity took it private into their portfolio, and selling a healthcare system consisting of five hospitals, two trauma centers, and several specialty and outpatient centers.

Albright is currently on the Board of Directors for Darling Ingredients (NYSE: DAR), Penn State's School of Labor and Employment Relations advisory board, and board of The Power of Professional Women, a nonprofit organization. She was formerly on the boards of directors for Crozer Keystone Health System and the International Employers Forum, and she was management lead for the Compensation Committee on the board of Chemours (NYSE: CC).

Albright was most recently the chief HR officer for Chemours, a spin-off company from DuPont. Previously, she was an officer of DuPont; CHRO at Day & Zimmermann; and senior VP, Global Human Resources at Tekni-Plex Inc. and held progressive HR leadership and managerial positions at Rohm and Haas (acquired by Dow), FMC Corp., and Fluor Daniel.

Albright is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and an Advanced Executive HR certification from Ross Business School, University of Michigan. Additionally, she routinely mentors mid-career professionals and is a sought-after speaker and a philanthropist, focusing on the environment and animal rescue.
