With the change in control of the US House of Representatives to Republicans, the divided 118th Congress ushers in a new political and policy environment. Looking ahead, the legislative and regulatory outlook will be very different than the first two years of the Biden Administration.  We will discuss the impacts of these developments on tax and other policies, and what NACD Board Member participants should be thinking about as we head into 2023.
