Christobel Selecky is a seasoned board member and former CEO with more than two decades of governance experience in global and US-based publicly traded, venture-backed, private equity, private, and not-for-profit companies.
She currently serves on the boards of directors of Teleperformance (TEP.PA), a publicly traded leader in outsourced customer and citizen experience management; ImmunityBio (IBRX), a publicly traded immunotherapy drug development company; Satellite Healthcare, a national provider of kidney care (where she is board chair); and private equity-backed Griswold Home Care, a national provider of non-medical home care services. She serves as a board chair and as chair and member of quality and risk; audit; compensation; governance; strategy; environmental, social, and governance; CEO search; finance; and executive committees. She also serves as a strategic advisor to early-stage health technology companies and teaches healthcare entrepreneurship in the University of California, Irvine, MBA program.
Formerly a healthcare executive, she served as president of the California Health Plan of publicly listed managed care innovator FHP International. She subsequently cofounded and served as president, CEO, and executive chair of LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, a venture capital-backed national leader in disease and population health management.
She is NACD Directorship Certified and is active in several board governance organizations.
