Robin Mendelson, a former Amazon.com executive, is a global consumer-retail industry leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering outstanding financial results, driving digital transformation, and building loyal, high-performance teams. Mendelson currently serves on the board of Mainstay, a technology company operating in the higher education and workforce sectors, where she chairs the compensation committee. During her 20-year career at Amazon, Mendelson led finance and retail technology organizations and high-growth divisions and subsidiaries around the world, including Amazon's US Media Division with strategic and profit-and-loss ownership for the multibillion-dollar portfolio of businesses.

Mendelson's nonprofit board roles include TeachUNITED, where she serves as co-chair. She is a member of the board of trustees of Rainier Prep, where she chairs the finance committee, and has also served on the boards of Seattle Public Library Foundation and Seattle Arts & Lectures. Mendelson received her bachelor of arts from Duke University and her master of business administration from the Yale School of Management. She was a senior fellow at Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative and is NACD Directorship Certified. She serves on the Yale Alumni Association board of governors and other alumni advisory boards.
