Paul Street currently serves on the board of directors of Idaho Pacific Lumber Company. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of College of Idaho and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Boise Chapter and its Governing Committee.

Street has returned to the private practice of law, joining Hawley Troxell in an of-counsel role. He has practiced law for over 44 years, half of which was spent in private practice at Moffatt Thomas. In 1999, he became general counsel and corporate secretary of Building Materials Holding Corp., a publicly held lumber and building materials distribution company. In 2015, it merged and became BMC Stock Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: BMCH), and Street became general counsel and corporate secretary of the merged company until he retired in 2017. In these roles, he oversaw the legal aspects of the corporation's financing through asset-based loans and the issuance of notes, and he had responsibility for SEC filings and compliance, along with corporate governance.
