Cheryl Larabee, NACD.DC

Cheryl Larabee currently serves on the board of ZAGG Inc. as a chairperson and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee chair. She also serves on the board of Norco Inc.

Larabee is a lecturer at Boise State University's College of Business & Economics, teaching in the Departments of Finance and Marketing as well as Management. Prior to this appointment, she served for five years as associate vice president for university advancement.

Before joining Boise State, Larabee had a 24-year corporate banking career focused on financial problem-solving and strategic planning, with clients ranging from start-ups to members of the Fortune 500. She is the former senior vice president and western U.S. regional manager of the corporate banking division at Key Bank. Prior to this position, she was senior vice president of business banking with U.S. Bank in Portland, Oregon, and assistant vice president at Crocker National Bank in San Francisco.

Larabee has been the board president of the Arid Club, the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, the Downtown Boise Association, the Capital City Development Corp., and Hays Shelter Home. She has also served on the boards of Jacksons Food Stores, Healthwise Inc., and Bogus Basin Recreation Association.

Larabee holds the NACD Certificate of Director Education. She earned her MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and her bachelor's degree from Moorhead State University. She also completed the Stanford Executive Program in the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
