Ricci joined Dutch Bros in January of 2019 and was named CEO in 2021. Previously he served as president and CEO of Adelsheim Vineyard, president of Stumptown Coffee Roasters, and CEO of Jones Soda Co.

At Dutch Bros, he has led tremendous growth and successfully took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021. At year-end 2022, Dutch Bros revenue was $739 million; at mid-year 2023, they had 754 locations in 14 states with expectations to reach nearly $1 billion in revenue and add a total of 150 additional stores by year-end 2023.
