Nominating and Governance Committee Roundtable

The NACD Northwest Chapter hosted a peer-to-peer roundtable designed to strengthen the nominating and governance committee’s (N&G) effectiveness. The discussion focused on three key areas of Nominating and Governance oversight:

• Planning for change: board succession and committee rotation

• Getting the right candidates: nomination process

• Expectation and needs: continuing director education

Attendees engaged with their peers over lunch while Perkins Coie governance experts facilitated the discussion, providing an opportunity to share experiences, insights, and exchange ideas.
