LGBTQ+ Directors Coffee Cohort

Fabrice Houdart, Executive Director of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors, had an inspiring conversation with Paula Boggs, Rob Smith and Adam Stanley about their personal board journeys as well as current topics in the boardroom.

This was an informal program with the opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts. One of the goals of NACD Northern California is to promote diversity and representation on boards, including representation of LGBTQ individuals. Corporate directors can play a role in advocating for increased diversity on boards and creating a supportive environment for LGBTQ individuals throughout the organizations they work with. Therefore, we formed a quarterly virtual coffee cohort for LGBTQ directors, aspiring directors and allies to form a community, share their experiences and connect on a personal basis.
