Latino Directors Cafecito

Latinos are significantly underrepresented in the corporate boardroom, and we hope to supplement networking opportunities which are often critical to secure board positions.

NACD Northern California is committed to increase diversity in the boardroom, which will ensure experiences of all communities are represented at the highest level of leadership. NACD Northern California hosts a virtual Cafecito for Latino directors, aspiring directors, and allies. Our purpose is to form a community of Latino directors who can share their experiences and connect on a personal basis. The format is designed to be informal and complement the regular NACD programming on current topics in the boardroom. We meet quarterly and hope you will enjoy this opportunity to connect with your fellow Latino colleagues in smaller group discussions.
