Tracey Doi serves as chief financial officer for TOYOTA Motor North America, responsible for accounting, finance, tax, corporate strategy and planning, and advanced technology research. Toyota (NYSE: TM) is committed to promoting sustainable, next-generation mobility through the Toyota and Lexus brands.

As an executive member of the Management Committee, she sets strategy and drives initiatives to increase competitiveness in manufacturing, sales, marketing, digital technology, and supply chain.

Doi is recognized as an experienced Financial Expert by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange. She actively serves as a key member of Toyota’s Audit and Benefit Committees and is a change agent skilled in major transformation, strategic planning, business analytics, enterprise systems, and risk and corporate governance.

Doi is an independent board director for City National Bank, a Royal Bank of Canada company with more than $65 billion in assets. She chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Risk Committee. Her primary areas of focus include regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and opportunities for growth. Previously she served two terms on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Economic Advisory Council and on the Board of Emmaus Life Sciences, a pharmaceutical start-up.

Doi has been honored three consecutive times by Automotive News as one of the Top 100 Women in the automotive industry and by D CEO as one of the most influential business leaders in Dallas.
