Peggy Vaughan

Peggy Vaughan is a public and private company director with acquisition, technology, CEO selection, and global operations experience. She was elected to the Board of Directors of MoneyGram International Inc. (NASDAQ: MGI), a global leader in providing innovative money transfer services, and serves on the company’s Audit Committee. A former PwC partner, Vaughan was a director on PwC’s U.S. and global boards and played a role in the acquisition of PwC Consulting by IBM, after which she was appointed to lead IBM Global Business Services. She sits on the advisory boards of technology and cyber start-up companies Vericlave and TaaSera. She is also a Women’s Initiative Policy Advisory Council member at the George W. Bush Institute and a director and Audit Committee member for the American Productivity and Quality Center. Vaughan is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and serves as vice chair of the NACD North Texas Chapter.
