Louis J. Grabowsky founded Juniper Capital Management LLC, where he currently serves as a principal. He is a member of the boards of Cambrex Corp., Griffon Corp., Riveron Consulting LLC, and ClubCorp Holdings Inc.. He is also a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In the past, Grabowsky served as partner at Arthur Andersen LLP and chief operating officer for Grant Thornton LLP.

Grabowsky received an undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
