Bill Buechele is an experienced board member and a senior financial professional and business advisor. He has served, advised, and led growth and transactional entities for over 35 years. He serves on the board of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors and previously served on the boards of directors of the National Alzheimer’s Association, the Alzheimer’s Association of North Central Texas, and Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail. His 25 years of board service includes serving as chair of audit and finance committees, compensation and executive committee membership, and officer roles as board chair and treasurer. Buechele is experienced in developing consensus among board, management, and third-party factions on strategic and sensitive issues that transform organizations.

As managing partner of the Deloitte Fort Worth, Texas, practice, Buechele had financial, human resources, and business development responsibilities, while serving multinational and domestic public and private clients in a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing, and technology. He advised senior management and audit committees on governance, financial reporting, equity and debt financings, and transactional due diligence.

Mr. Buechele also led the North Texas Deloitte Growth Enterprise Services group overseeing assurance, tax, and advisory services tailored to address the regulatory and strategic needs of growing enterprises, including private equity and family office owned and venture capital backed enterprises. He has developed and scaled creative and flexible solutions for challenges and opportunities for entities with a wide range of resources and sophistication.

Mr. Buechele has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas. His other roles include serving on the investment screening committee of the Cowtown Angels, as a member of the Angel Capital Association, as a mentor for early-stage entrepreneurs in commercializing innovative technology, and as director of business development for Capital CFO Partners.
