Anne Motsenbocker is a seasoned board member and community leader. Anne has been a member of the board of directors of US Physical Therapy, Inc (NYSE: USPH) since January 2022, serving on the audit committee. USPH is one of the largest providers of outpatient physical therapy in the US. The company also specializes in industrial injury prevention. Anne enjoyed a rich banking career at JPMorgan Chase, having worked for the institution and its predecessors for over 35 years, until her retirement in 2021. Her wealth of experience includes corporate banking, wealth management, and commercial banking. In her final position, Anne was managing director and functional CEO of the southwest middle market segment of the commercial bank.

As a dynamic, committed business leader, Anne continues to be actively involved in supporting the community in which she lives. Anne is a longtime member of the board of directors of Children’s Health System of Texas, serving as the chair of the HR and compensation committee for the last five years. She serves on the board of the United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas and as the advisory board chair of The Dallas County Promise. Anne is Director Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors, and she is a member of the International Women’s Forum and the Dallas Assembly. Previously, Anne served as chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber, the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, The Senior Source, YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas (now WINGS), and as a member of a number of significant nonprofit organizations.

Anne and her husband, Alan, love spending time with their two sons and daughters-in-law, traveling the world and cheering for their rival football teams.
