The NACD New York Chapter Announces Election of New Board Members

NEW YORK, NY (February 10, 2023) – The NACD New York Chapter announces the addition of two members to its Board of Directors, including:

• Betty DeVita, Board Director, FinConceta, Home Capital Group Inc, and Popular
• Jane Sadowsky, Board Director, Nexa Resources, Yamana Gold, Inc. and Scientific Games.
