Stefanie is an executive advisor, coach, and board director with extensive C-suite experience in the financial services and tech-driven business solutions space. She is a longtime business executive with a diverse functional and “intrapreneurial” background and a track record of driving growth, digital transformation, and value creation at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Capital One, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, and GE/GE Capital. Stefanie tackles complex challenges with a broad perspective, structured thinking, and a sense of urgency, identifying solutions quickly and taking strategic action to spur change.

Stefanie has an advisory, coaching, and board practice, and she works with small- to large-cap companies and private equity firms on driving growth. Stefanie is an advisor to Lovell Minnick Partners, and she works with a number of companies on value creation. She has also been an advisor to Betterment, one of the early “robo” advisors, and is a lead mentor to fintech ventures at Techstars accelerators.

Stefanie is an experienced board director at both public and private companies. She is a board director at Mercer Advisors, a leading national registered investment advisor (RIA), full-service wealth management firm, and Fora Financial, a leader in the small business lending space. She also sits on the board of the NACD New York Chapter. Previously, Stefanie was a board director and Audit Committee member at Green Bancorp (NASDAQ: GNBC) for nine years (2010-2019). The bank grew assets tenfold through acquisitions and organic growth, and it was taken public and then closed a “merger of equals” with Veritex Bank, making it one of the 10 largest independent banks in Texas.

Stefanie has over 30 years of executive experience in chief marketing officer (CMO) and general management roles at major global institutions. She was the CMO at Broadridge Financial Solutions, a global provider of technology solutions. Over seven years at Broadridge, she built a marketing function from the ground up and led a repositioning of the company, which doubled revenue from $2 billion to $4 billion and more than tripled the stock price, from $20 to $70 per share.

Earlier, Stefanie held senior positions at Capital One, Citibank, and JPMorgan Chase, leading digital transformation in the financial services industry. At Capital One, as executive vice president of bank marketing, she transitioned a strong credit card brand to position a new retail banking business while also managing first-time digital savings products. As CMO of Chase Small Business Banking, with the newly combined Chase and Bank One banks, she built a market-leading position in a 17-state footprint and led the transformation of online banking, accelerating use in the early days of online engagement. At Citibank, Stefanie managed a $100-billion retail deposit portfolio, and leveraging marketing and pricing, raised $10 billion in deposits during a liquidity crisis.

In earlier positions, Stefanie “intrapreneured” and launched two new ventures with $10mm investments at GE Capital and JPMorgan Chase, and she worked at a senior level on major business transformation at GE.

Stefanie has an MBA in marketing and strategic management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics from Colgate University. Stefanie earned a coaching certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is certified in Hogan Leadership Assessments. Stefanie was a board director at Gift of Adoption, which provides financial assistance grants for the adoption of the most vulnerable children.
