Kurt Harrison is a senior member of Russel Reynold’s Financial Services Sector and co-leads the ESG, Sustainability, and Impact Investing team. He is active across a number of different practices, including Board & CEO Advisory Partners, Investment Management, and Global Banking and Markets. Harrison has held several leadership roles within the firm, including leading the Financial Services Sector in the Americas and the global Asset and Wealth Management Practice. He specializes in providing his clients with executive assessment and succession planning advice, as well as customized solutions for their senior leadership needs. He is based in New York.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates 11 years ago, Harrison spent 20 years working within capital markets for a number of leading global banks. He held fixed-income leadership roles with Nomura Securities International, Bank of America, and Lehman Brothers across multiple asset classes. He began his career as an analyst with JP Morgan.

Harrison received his BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia. He is very active with his alma mater, where he serves on the Board of Governors of the Alumni Association, is past president of the Benefactors Society Board of the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and is a member of the Board of Governors of The Colonnade Club. He also serves on the Americas Council of the Association of Executive Search Consultants.
