Jim Diaforli has been with Broadridge since August 2001 and has managed the Eastern Region of the Corporate Issuer Sales Group since July 2006. Currently, he manages a team consisting of 15 account executives, along with managing few accounts. The Corporate Issuer Sales Group focuses on providing investor communication solutions, including beneficial and registered proxy services, transfer agency services, financial printing, compliance and transactional composition, and filing services.

Prior to his current role, Diaforli was director of Annual Report Sales for ADP Graphic Communications and responsible for growing the Financial Printing division by working with the entire Corporate Issuer Sales Group nationwide.

Diaforli is an active member of the following industry organizations: Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals; National Investor Relations Institute; National Association of Corporate Directors, National Level and NY and NJ Chapters; New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association; and Shareholder Services Association.
