Jane Sadowsky joined Moelis & Co. in 2018 as a senior advisor and head of diversity and inclusion. She retired in 2011 from Evercore Partners, where she was a senior managing director. She joined Evercore in 2006 after six years at Citigroup’s Investment Bank, where she was a managing director and cohead of the North America power and utility group. Earlier, Sadowsky worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Sadowsky has NACD Directorship Certification and currently serves as a director of Yamana Gold Inc., Nexa Resources, and Scientific Games and as a trustee of Art Omi. She is a paid faculty member for NACD, has been published in NACD Directorship magazine, and has interviewed notable persons on the plenary stage at the NACD Summit. Sadowsky has guest lectured at Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, Tulane University, and Rutgers University. She received the Wharton Women in Business Award in 2006.
