Christine Larsen

Christine E. Larsen is an experienced independent board director with a broad background across public and private companies. She currently serves on the board of CIBC, a $78 billion market cap leading North American bank, where she is a member of the Compensation and Technology Committees. Christine previously served on the boards of PAYA, a De-SPAC payments company, where she chaired the Compensation Committee and sat on the Audit Committee, and Datto, a security software company. PAYA was sold to Nuvei, and Datto was taken private.

Christine is also on the boards of two growth-stage software companies: Alloy, an identity and fraud software company, and M1 Finance, a self-directed wealth management platform. Additionally, she serves as a Limited Partner Advisor at NYCA, a fintech venture capital fund founded by Hans Morris.

From 2013 to 2019, Christine was COO at First Data during a $3 billion private raise, a successful IPO in 2015, and the company's eventual sale to Fiserv. She is also Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Syracuse University, where she engages in key issues facing higher education.
