Christine E. Connelly Conlon is a partner in KPMG’s New York Financial Services practice, where she specializes in providing audit services to clients in the investment-management industry. She has over 30 years of client-service experience and provides audit services to the complete spectrum of investment-management clients, including mutual-funds asset managers, exchange-traded funds, hedge funds, and private-equity funds as well as performance attestation engagements under GIPS standards.

Connelly Conlon has experience with various fund structures such as multiple classes, master-feeder structures, partnerships, offshore vehicles, fund of funds, and unit-investment trusts. In addition, she has worked with a number of technical operational and accounting matters inclusive of fund mergers, capital support agreements, performance reporting, investment restriction violation, and implementation of new accounting standards. She serves as the Securities and Exchange Commission review partner for a significant number of clients in the practice as well as the deputy professional practice partner for the NY Financial Services Business Unit.

Connelly Conlon served as a moderator for and hosts the firm’s Audit Committee Institute roundtable for mutual-funds directors and trustees. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, magna cum laude, from Iona College and is licensed in New York and Ohio.
