Crisis Communications and Board Counsel in the Age of AI

Participants joined a unique simulation exercise to experience how a board’s plan to deal with potential AI crises unfolded in action. In this interactive workshop, they worked together as if they constituted a board of directors and had the opportunity to develop responses, evaluate preparedness, and consider the consequences of the board’s action or inaction.

Kaitlin Kikalo and Tim Ragones, managing directors at Joele Frank, along with Clare McCarrick and Holly Gregory helped guide the simulation and discussed the ramifications of the decisions made along the way.
