Gregory Johnson is a director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, which strives to strengthen the connection between directors, executive management, and investors by helping them navigate the evolving governance landscape.

Gregory focuses on audit committee governance, engages with investors, analysts, and stewardship professionals, contributes to PwC governance research and publications, and speaks to a variety of audiences on governance trends and corporate reporting matters. He has extensive experience in technical accounting, financial and non-financial reporting, as well as governance matters.

Prior to joining the Governance Insights Center, Gregory was a member of PwC’s National Quality Organization, where he focused on investor engagement and strategic thought leadership.

Gregory is a graduate of Adelphi University, with a BBA in accounting and an MBA in management. He is a licensed CPA in New York and New Jersey. Gregory is a member of the AICPA, NABA, Inc., and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
