Pamela Lenehan has 22 years of experience as a public-company director, serving on seven public-company boards where she has been board chair and presiding director and chair of the audit and compensation committees. She has been involved in initial public offerings, equity and debt financings, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, auditor changes, company sales, cyber breaches, activist engagements, and planned and unplanned CEO succession. Lenehan currently is a director of ATN International (Nasdaq: ATNI) where she chairs the audit committee and is on the nominating and governance committee. Previously she was on the boards of Rithm Capital, Monotype Imaging, Civitas Solutions, American Superconductor, Spartech Corp., and Avid Technology. Lenehan spent more than 20 years on Wall Street as a managing director in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston doing mergers and acquisitions and financings for technology companies. She was also in the C-suite of Oak Industries until it was acquired by Corning and chief financial officer of a high-tech start-up. She is on the boards of directors of the Center for Women & Enterprise and the NACD New England Chapter. Lenehan is co-chair of the Boston chapter of Women Corporate Directors and a member of the Boston Women Leaders network, Massachusetts Women’s Forum, and The Boston Club. She has a bachelor of arts in mathematical economics and master of arts in economics, both from Brown University.
