About The Event
The need to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered is more critical than ever. Research clearly shows that companies with the most expansive and deeply rooted cultures of belonging and varied perspectives achieve the highest performance. Building this kind of environment requires intentional efforts, starting at the top with the Board of Directors and the CEO.
