The need to focus on inclusion within a corporation is now more important than ever. Statistics are clear that companies with the broadest and deepest diversity, equity and inclusion cultures are the highest performing. To achieve an inclusive environment, intentional efforts must start at the top with the Board of Directors and the CEO. An inclusive culture fosters collaboration, innovation and better decision-making, enabling organizations to hire and retain the very best talent.
