Capital Strategies: Unlocking Growth Opportunities

Ensuring that a company has sufficient capital to enable growth is a key focus of any Board of Directors. Depending upon the type of company, its size and its stage of growth, the board will play different roles. In any of their roles, critical factors include a company’s efforts to define capital needs, allocation and access.  The Board’s role includes providing strategic guidance on capital allocation, reviewing potential funding sources, assessment of a company’s readiness for investment and in leveraging their network to connect the company with potential investors, ultimately ensuring the company raises capital responsibly and in line with long term goals. This program will bring together a PE firm, a family office, investment banker and CEO, who will provide insights critical to board directors.
