NACD Nashville Announces New Chapter Advisory Board Members

NASHVILLE--(August 8, 2023)—The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the authority on boardroom practices, today announced the appointment of three new advisory board members to its Nashville Chapter, effective immediately.

“Each of the new advisory board members is an outstanding director with deep governance and leadership experience who will add significant value to the NACD Nashville Chapter,” said Teresa Sebastian, NACD.DC, NACD Nashville advisory board chair. “NACD is an invaluable partner for its members’ public and private board service and is a great resource to spur high-performing boards.”

New Advisory Board Members

William “Bill” Jones, NACD.DC, will chair the program committee. He currently serves on the board of Independence Bank and previously served as the nonexecutive chair of Bon Secours Mercy Health of Kentucky. He has held roles as executive vice president at U.S. Bank, overseeing commercial, business and consumer banking sales and service across eight states, and as an Ernst & Young (EY) certified public accountant, a privately-owned business chief financial officer (CFO), and the CEO and CFO of a bank holding company registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Christi Korzekwa, NACD.DC, will chair the marketing committee. She currently serves on the board of Zoeller Co. She recently retired as senior vice president (SVP) and chief marketing officer of Tractor Supply Co., where she served on the executive committee as well as led all strategic marketing initiatives including customer insights and loyalty marketing. She also previously held executive and management roles as senior director, marketing for The Home Depot and SVP and global media director for TM Advertising.

Mandy McCain, NACD.DC, will chair the membership committee. She previously served as executive vice president and general manager of global health care at Berry Global, leading the health care packaging business. Prior to this, she served as vice president of supply chain and customer experience for Berry’s engineered materials division, overseeing supply chain management, customer service, logistics, data governance and pricing administration.
