Generative artificial intelligence (AI) has ushered in extraordinary new opportunities for business productivity, research, and innovation. Like any new technology, there are risks associated with implementation that must be carefully considered by both management and the board of directors to ensure trust. 

This panel will highlight generative AI opportunities and risks and focus on concrete steps boards should take to support responsible use of generative AI by management.

• Discuss the business pressure to use AI as soon as possible tempered by the need for responsible use
